Reese, you are one month old!

Reese, you are one month old! You'll learn after awhile that I'm somewhat of a procrastinator - so let's get technical - you'll be 6 weeks old tomorrow. And in these past six weeks you have been growing like a weed! Although we aren't exactly sure what you weigh at the moment - you were 8 lbs, 12 oz when we had your one month weight check - its obvious you're moving in the right direction!

You've outgrown most of your newborn-size clothes at this point and are rocking your adorable 0-3 month outfits. The only exceptions are pants and diapers -- you're still in newborn-size for those. Your daddy and I joke that, unlike your sister, you seem to have inherited your daddy's butt (or lack thereof!) and skinny chicken legs. We'll see how long that stays true!

You are currently eating 3-4 oz of formula every few hours. You are able to sleep for longer stretches at night now, sometimes up to 5-6 hours - which makes me very happy! Mommy loves her sleep. :)

In the past week or so you've started flashing us some adorable smiles - melts our heart every single time! You've been smiling randomly in your sleep for awhile now, but these new ones seem to be genuine grins. So amazing!
