Your one year check up went perfectly. You weighed in at 20 lb, 4 oz & 29" tall. You're still a little small for your age, but not to a point where it's worrisome. And just like I told your doctor, there's nothing wrong with your appetite! Most days you eat as much (or more) than Caroline does. You met all the developmental criteria for a 1-year-old & will go back for your next appointment in March. Your pediatrician absolutely loves you & even said we should set you up with her son (a few months older than you) as teenagers! ;)
We had our favorite photographer do a first birthday/smash cake session with you -- so fun!
Your party was originally supposed to be the weekend after your birthday but it was postponed a week thanks to a big snow/ice storm. I guess that's something that Winter babies have to get used to! Everyone was very understanding & we had a great turnout.

You took your first steps 2 weeks before your birthday & have really taken off since then! You're currently working on mastering "running" around the house -- mommy secretly hopes you'll be my little running buddy someday! ;) You also climb on anything & everything. You have no fear!
You're currently in size 3 diapers & rocking 18 month clothes. You're lucky you have the biggest closet in the house because you have quite the wardrobe!
You love pestering your sister, pulling stuff out of the kitchen cabinets, bath time, sips of sweet tea & diet Coke, strawberries and being tickled. You hate car rides & getting your nails trimmed.
We currently call you Reese Cup, Reesky & Reeseabeth. " Reese Elizabeth" is reserved for when you're in trouble! ;)
